Purchase of Products, Exchange and Warranty Policy


By using the Purchase Services through this Online Store ('www.caninemobility.com.au'), you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on this Online Store for the Product (the 'Purchase Price').

  • Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Shopify (the 'Payment Gateway Provider'). In using the Online Store you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
  • Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Canine Mobility you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Canine Mobility may record your purchase details for future use.


Exchange and returns.

    • Canine Mobility does not provide refunds for change of mind.
    • You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any returns pursuant to this clause.
    • Exchanges are permitted for another item, or size from our online store. For an exchange to be processed, the originally purchased Product must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The Product packaging must remain in new and undamaged condition and the Product must be in an un-used saleable condition. The Product must not have been used outside, and is not soiled or dirty. Return postage for an exchange is not covered by our free shipping policy, and you will be liable for the shipping costs associated with Canine Mobility sending you an exchanged item. 
    • There will be absolutely no refunds on discounted or clearance items. Please purchase these carefully.
    • There may be certain circumstances where Canine Mobility at their sole discretion (outside of a warranty claim or major problem) will provide a refund on the return of a Product. You will need to contact us to discuss the circumstance. The same terms apply as for an exchange; whereby the item must be returned within 14 days; the Product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition and the Product remains in an un-used saleable condition. The product must not have been used outside, and is not soiled or dirty. If an item does not meet these terms, a refund cannot be provided. If possible to return the item to new condition, a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of returning the item to new condition with replacement parts or packaging will be charged.
    • If a decision to provide a refund has been made, any paid, included or "free postage" costs will not be refunded when an item is returned. This amount will vary depending on the item and will be considered a re-stocking fee.



  • Canine Mobility's Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the Product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure (the 'Warranty').
  • You may make a claim under this clause (the 'Warranty Claim') for material defects and workmanship in the Products within 3 months from the date of purchase (the 'Warranty Period'). A 12 month warranty period applies for Pet Wheelchairs.
  • In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of purchase to Canine Mobility showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice to shop@crah.com.au or by mail to Canine Mobility at 72 Princes Hwy, St Peters, New South Wales, 2044. 
  • Where the Warranty Claim is accepted then Canine Mobility will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective Products or part thereof with a new or remanufactured equivalent during the Warranty Period at no charge to you for parts or labour. You acknowledge and agree that you will be solely liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred in facilitating the Warranty Claim.
  • The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by Canine Mobility and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which this warranty relates.
  • All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the Warranty Period.
  • The Warranty does not apply to the appearance of the supplied Products. The Warranty does not apply to imperfections caused by normal Wear and Tear, nor to any supplied Products where the exterior of which has been damaged or defaced, which has been subjected to misuse, abnormal service or handling, or which has been altered or modified in design or construction.



  • You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Canine Mobility. integrate delivery (the ' Delivery Services') through the use of third party delivery companies (the ' Delivery Service Providers').
  • In providing the Purchase Services, Canine Mobility may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Canine Mobility is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
  • In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services, Canine Mobility asks that you:
  1. contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
  2. contact us by sending an email to shop@crah.com.au outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit so we are able to determine if the Delivery Service Provider should be removed from the Purchase Services.
