Shipping and return policies

  • Exchange and returns.

    - Canine Mobility operates this policy within the terms of Australian Consumer Law.
    - Canine Mobility does not provide refunds for change of mind.
    - You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any returns pursuant to this clause.
    - Exchanges are permitted for another item, or size from our online store. For an exchange to be processed, the originally purchased Product must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. The Product packaging must remain in new and undamaged condition and the Product must be in an un-used saleable condition. The Product must not have been used outside, and is not soiled or dirty. Return postage for an exchange is not covered by our free shipping policy, and you will be liable for the shipping costs associated with Canine Mobility sending you an exchanged item.
    - There will be absolutely no refunds on discounted or clearance items. Please purchase these carefully.

    -There may be certain circumstances where Canine Mobility at their sole discretion (outside of a warranty claim or major problem) will provide a refund on the return of a Product. You will need to contact us to discuss the circumstance. The same terms apply as for an exchange; whereby the item must be returned within 14 days; the Product packaging must be in new and undamaged condition and the Product remains in an un-used saleable condition. The product must not have been used outside, and is not soiled or dirty. If an item does not meet these terms, a refund cannot be provided. If possible to return the item to new condition, a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of returning the item to new condition with replacement parts or packaging will be charged. If a decision to provide a refund has been made, any paid, included or "free postage" costs will not be refunded when an item is returned. This amount will vary depending on the item and will be considered a re-stocking fee.

    Thank you for visiting and shopping at Canine Mobility. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

    Processing your Order
    An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

    Shipment Processing Time
    Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
    After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

    Shipment Locations:
    We ship solely to Australian addresses from our store in St Peters, NSW, 2044.

    Shipment rates and delivery estimates:
    We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order.
    Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
    Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

    Please note: orders over $149 will include free standard shipping. If you would prefer another shipping method, please select it during check out. We charge a flat rate for items under $149.

    Tracking Options
    Canine Mobility aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

    Damages If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery which has resulted in loss or damage to the product in the package, contact us immediately at shop@crah.com.au

    Missing or lost packages There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Canine Mobility politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at shop@crah.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
